Description
It was a bitter day, cold biting the skin, wind whipping the face and the light of the sun leaving nothing but a cool autumn glow. He sits at the pier of summers sun and welcome fun, it's his time with family, mom, pop, sisters and brother in tow. An age away from this place in his mind, now weathered and beaten, time has taken its toll on this place he loves and his family whole. His father taken, now laid to rest it lands a heavy blow on the life spent chasing a high. The day fades as the memory grows, of a life lived so long ago, he remembers now the love of life. Yet sadness swells deep below the fond memories of that life along ago.
