| This is the third thing out of three things I stand for in life. What are the other two you might ask? Perhaps I may say someday. |

| I'm that guy that everyone knows who is too smart for their own good. Who takes interest in just about anything and everything but is to lazy to adapt and become great at any one thing. Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing. So I was reading and article recently and it said G.I. Joe was not so All American in his unrealistic standards of the typical American male and that he was by far larger than most American males the same age as G.I. Conscript Joe would have been during WW2. Coincidentally if he were a real man he would have a 44 inch chest, 32 inch waist, and 12 inch upper arms - the average American male is listed at 40 inch chest, 34 inch waist, and 13 inch upper arms. I happen to meet or exceed all of these on G.I. Joe and ponder is it because American men are emo these days or what? Either way I found myself with measurements of 44 1/2 inch chest, 32 inch waist, and 19 inch upper arms. Sadly I find myself lacking in the arm muscle department but I tend to over do things a bit but hey another inch couldn't hurt. Oh yes we are talking about 1960s 1/6th scale G.I. Joe and not the 1990s Steroid G.I. Midget Joes who would have 27 inch upper arms... I sold my soul for a pair of Chicago Tickets once. |

Anyways, I read your DeviantID and I have to say, it's kinda weird how in the 90's animated men were buff and muscular and now in the 00's men are girly. Not metrosexual mind you, but straight up I-like-to-watch-chick-flicks-and-shave-my-entire-body girly.
